Centrally located, within a 10 minute walk to the famous Oktoberfest and just 1 station to Munich’s main station, the A&O Hotel Munich is a perfect place for single travelers as well as for families. In the surrounding area guests will find numerous bars, restaurants and traditional beer gardens.

The hotel features modern single, twin and family rooms furnished with a shower/bathtub, WC, TV, hairdryer. Single and double rooms have a balcony. Non smoking rooms are also available.
In single and twin rooms breakfast, bed-linen and towels are included.

CHECK IN 3 p.m.

Reserved rooms shall be available for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the agreed day of the client's arrival. The client shall not be entitled to occupy the room(s) earlier than this.

CHECK OUT 10 a.m.

On the agreed day of departure the client must vacate the room by 10 a.m. at the latest. If the client does not vacate the room by that time we shall be entitled to charge 50% of the full room rate as published in the price list until 6 p.m. for reason of non-contractual occupation, and if the client vacates the room after 6 p.m. 100% of the full room rate will be charged. This shall not constitute any contractual claims on the part of the client.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

- Until 5 days prior to arrival till 6 o'clock pm (local time hotel/hostel) free of charge. In case of cancellation afterwards a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of non-arrival 100% of booking costs will be charged. It's the same for short-term bookings, within two days before arrival.

- Any discounts or special offers booked through online booking engines are non-cancellable.

Leave the A8 at the exit München-Obermenzing, turn right into Verdistrasse (renamed later: Amalienbergstr., Menzingerstr., Notburgastr., Arnulfstr.) Arnulfstrasse.
From Berlin, Leipzig, Nuremburg, Regensburg, Landshut / Munich-Airport (A9/ A92)
From intersection Neufahrn
Leave the A9 at the exit 76 München-Schwabing, follow the B2r, turn right into the Schenkendorfstr., follow the Goerg-Brauchle-Ring, left into the Landshuter Allee, right across the Donnersbergerbrücke and finally right into the Arnulfstrasse.
From Salzburg (Austria) from intersection Munich-South (A8)
Leave the A995 at the end driving towards Tegernseer Landstrasse. Then drive on along the Martin-Luther-Strasse, Giesinger Berg, Humboldt-Strasse, Wittelsbacherbrücke, Baldeplatz, Kapuzinerstrasse, Lindwurmstrasse, Herzog-Heinrich, Strasse , Paul-Heyse-Strasse, Paul-Heyse-Unterführung. Next turning is Arnulfstrasse.
By train
Station München-Hauptbahnhof DB (Munich-Central). Go 1 Station with the S-Bahnen S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7 und S27 to Hackerbrücke. The go right into Grasserstrasse and the first crossing left into Arnulfstrasse.
By plane
Take the S-Bahn S1 oder S8 to station Hackerbrücke. Go right into Grasserstrasse and the first crossing left into Arnulfstrasse.
