I thought the hotel was a very nice, quaint place to stay. It had an excellent location to walk or catch the train. The desk clerks were very friendly and the breakfast was great.
Negative aspects:
The only problem I had was that I stayed there in a very hot time of the year and there is no air conditioning. I had to buy a fan, since they did not have them at the hotel, and keep the windows open to draw in the air. With the windows open, the noise from below was a bit too much. However, if your stay there is not in a very hot time of the year, this place would be excellent for the price. I would stay there again, just not when it is 92 degrees out side. 		My rating:

The hotel is in a perfect location, near the railway station. It's close enough to walk to the city centre too, about 5-10 mins walk to Marienplatz. If I go to Munchen again - and I surely will - I'll stay at the same hotel. Lovely big rooms, beatiful Bavarian breakfast, great staff, all round great place to stay. Not expensive either.
