Positive aspects:
The staff was absolutely wonderful. In addition, I became very sick and one woman at the desk kindly arranged for me to see a doctor, which was difficult because of the holiday season. The breakfast was fantastic! The room was roomy and one of our favorites on a 3-week tour of Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. The location next to the subway was very convenient.

Negative aspects:
Location was a bit far from the "Old Town"--we thought we were closer to it; but because of the nearby subway, it was not a big problem.

Positive aspects:
Hotel Staff was extremely helpful. Accomodations were great, except for the A/C which I know is just an American thing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Munich.
