Positive aspects:
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a great deal for the price. Located a short "trolley" ride or <10 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof (you can buy the trolley tickets at the hotel desk). The close proximity to the train station made day tripping around the Munich area very easy. Breakfast was included and very enjoyable. Would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. This was my third stay. It is one of my favorite places for a hotel, The rooms are clean, the breakfast is excellent, and most importantly, the personnel at the desk is excellent
