Positive aspects:
The hotel is an attractive small hotel; the staff is extremely friendly and as helpful as a concierge at a 5 star competitor. Our room was large and well furnished as was the bath. The morning breakfast offered many choices. It is located a short walk from the walking street which takes you directly to Marienplatz. They offer indoor parking. I rated it "good" for dining rather than excellent, only because it does not offer dinner.

Positive aspects:
We loved the Exquisit Hotel. It was close to everything so we could walk to see many of the sights. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was more than adequate. We will definitely stay at your hotel again when we return to Munich.

Positive aspects:
Very convenient location (close to the S-Bahn). Very friendly staff. The hotel seems to be more popular with Germans (we were the only Americans staying there at the time) but the front desk staff spoke fluent English and made us feel welcome. Excellent buffet breakfast included in price of stay.

Negative aspects:
Room was not four-star quality. Drapes were old and did not close completely. Temperature control in room was difficult. Only one English-language television station in the room did not offer enough variety for non-German speaking guests.
