Location to the main train station and central Munich. Nice rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly, helpful staff.
Negative aspects:
The carpet in our room was in dire need of replacement. It was thread-bare and torn to the point of being a bit dangerous because of tripping over the mound of damage caused by torn carpeting.		 My rating:

The Hotel was in a great location with access to the main train station as well as to the underground to get into the city. The breakfast in the morning was terrific. The staff was very accomodating.
